The underlying form is a nature-based organic abstraction. The form's initial iteration was the fossil of a stingray. I then manipulated the image through the four conditions of planar symmetry to create a structural beauty that flows out of the pattern. Principally, the painting obeys the laws of nature with the utmost respect and attempts to explore the boundary of complexity and beauty while staying precise and disciplined to never add any decorative elements for the purpose of aesthetics.
The geometrical construction in nature's design appeals both to the eye and the mind by its reasonableness. Nature's forms construct a dance between simplicity and complexity, resulting in beauty. The individual consciousness searches for order and symmetry within their mental labyrinth, the external world, and the painting - displaying a human desire to join the ecological performance.
Yet existence is cluttered. Manifestations of chaos and extra-accumulation in the physical realm are physic projections of how humans have strayed from nature's design ethos - creating confusion and anguish. The physical existence will heal when the human mind returns to its purity and projects values of harmony.
This yearning and captivation with balance and symmetric forms hint at a human desire to join the continuous echo of the physical universe's infinite spiral and divine equilibrium. Nature's forms resonate as they express the primary energy and the connection of all beings through a shared design blueprint. Returning to the human essence means returning to nature and thus returning to perfection.
